Wrinkle + Texture Repair is a high-potency retinol treatment. If you have not been using retinol, begin use gradually.

Following cleansing, apply 2-3 pumps twice a week
Increase frequency to alternate days
Then, increase use to every day as tolerated

The potency of Wrinkle + Texture Repair can cause redness, dryness and peeling for the first few weeks. These anticipated reactions are a sign of effective stimulation of the skin and will subside with consistent use.

NOTE: Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.

ZO Skin Health Wrinkle + Texture Repair is suitable for most skin types including acne-prone skin, combination skin, dry skin, mature skin, normal skin, and oily skin.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $50. All domestic orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5 or you may select your own shipping rates.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

We aim to ship all orders same day by 2pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST/3pm EST are not guaranteed to ship same day and may be shipped the following day. Shipping times during the holiday season may be extended and delayed due to volume. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 1-6 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, pending your selected shipping time frame.

If you require your order to be delivered faster, you may select and purchase the shipping option that suites your needs.

3.  INSURANCE

We conveniently offer Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to the email provided at checkout upon USPS or UPS scanning in your package.
