HOW TO USE

Apply in the morning and evening after cleansing and toning. If you are using a topical prescription product, you should first consult your physician.

Avoid getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. If using with TNS® Advanced+ Serum, use TNS Recovery Complex® first, followed by TNS® Advanced+ Serum.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $50. All domestic orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5 or you may select your own shipping rates.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

We aim to ship all orders same day by 2pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST/3pm EST are not guaranteed to ship same day and may be shipped the following day. Shipping times during the holiday season may be extended and delayed due to volume. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 1-6 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, pending your selected shipping time frame.

If you require your order to be delivered faster, you may select and purchase the shipping option that suites your needs.

3.  INSURANCE

We conveniently offer Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
