KEY INGREDIENTS

2% Salicylic Acid: an oil-soluble beta hydroxy acid with anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and exfoliating properties

2% L-Lactic Acid: an alpha hydroxy acid with exfoliating, hydrating, and brightenening properties

2% Azeloglicina®: an azelaic acid derivative that has hydrating, firming, and skin brightening properties

Aqua (Water), Alcohol Denat., Butylene Glycol, Lactic Acid (L), Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate, Salicylic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Gluconate, Xanthan Gum, O-cymen-5-OL, Ethylhexylglycerin

Salicylic Serum by Face Reality Skincare is recommended for skin prone to acne rosacea. It is also used for inflamed acne or combination acne when neither 8% or 5% Mandelic serum cannot be tolerated during a skin sensitivity test.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $50. All domestic orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5 or you may select your own shipping rates.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

We aim to ship all orders same day by 2pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST/3pm EST are not guaranteed to ship same day and may be shipped the following day. Shipping times during the holiday season may be extended and delayed due to volume. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 1-6 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, pending your selected shipping time frame.

If you require your order to be delivered faster, you may select and purchase the shipping option that suites your needs.

3.  INSURANCE

We conveniently offer Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to the email provided at checkout upon USPS or UPS scanning in your package.
